Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DKP Consultoria e Tecnologia LTDA (trade name DKP) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. It applies to the dkp-it.com.br website, to our products, and to the integrations we maintain with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Last updated: October 8, 2026

01Data we collect

a) Data you provide. When you use our forms, request a demo, create an account in one of our products, or talk to our team, we may collect registration data such as: name, corporate email, phone number, company, role, area of interest, and the messages you choose to send.

b) Technical navigation data. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical data such as: browser type and operating system, pages and sections viewed, time spent, links and buttons clicked, approximate city and country, IP address, referring pages, and device information. We use this data to understand how the site is used, improve the experience, and protect against abuse.

c) Integration data (LinkedIn). When you connect LinkedIn to one of our products, DKP can access only the permissions you approve in LinkedIn. As a rule, this includes:

  • basic profile data of the connected administrator
  • the list of pages you administer
  • content and engagement information from the connected pages

We do not collect your LinkedIn password. Authentication is performed by LinkedIn itself, through OAuth, and you can revoke access at any time in your account's privacy settings.

02What we use data for

  • answer your requests and schedule demos
  • create, operate, and support your accounts in our products
  • send operational communications such as confirmations, system notices, and administrative messages
  • apply anti-fraud mechanisms and protect the platforms against misuse
  • perform usage analysis, product improvements, testing, and technical support
  • comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
  • investigate security incidents and protect the rights of DKP, customers, and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send bulk WhatsApp or SMS messages. Email is used only for operational and product communications.

04Who we share data with

We may share data with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate (hosting, cloud, data storage, transactional email, messaging, analytics, support, and integrations such as LinkedIn and CRM). These providers process data only on DKP's behalf and according to our instructions. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or a request from a competent authority.

05Storage and retention

  • Active accounts: we keep data while the account exists or while you use the service.
  • Cancelled accounts: after cancellation, we may keep registration, billing, log, and history records for the period required to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Deletion requests: we will delete or anonymize your data when doing so does not breach a legal, regulatory, or contractual retention duty.

06Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as access control, environment segregation, encryption in transit, monitoring, and incident response. No system is completely immune to risk; therefore, if a security incident occurs that could create relevant risk to you, we will notify affected individuals and the competent authorities as required by the LGPD.

07Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request:

  • confirmation of processing and access to your data
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
  • anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data
  • data portability
  • deletion of data processed with consent
  • information about data sharing
  • revocation of consent

To exercise these rights, contact Ricardo Cruz, our data protection officer (DPO), through the Contact Us channel.

Revoking LinkedIn access: you can revoke LinkedIn's access at any time in your LinkedIn account settings. After revocation, DKP stops receiving new data through that integration; records required for legal and contractual obligations may be retained in accordance with this policy.

08Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure usage, and protect the platforms. You can manage cookies in your browser; if you disable some cookies, parts of the site may not work properly.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. If a change affects your rights or alters the way we process your data, we will give reasonable advance notice, where applicable, through a site notice, email, or another appropriate channel.
